The fruit for the Hedonist Cabernet Sauvignon is grown biodynamically on the estate vineyard situated in the Willunga foothills, McLaren Vale. Warm Summer days are cooled by evening sea breezes from St Vincentís Gulf, which lies a close proximity to the West. The soil is rich loam over clay with patches of underlying limestone, giving the wine a rich and fullness of pallet.
A civilised vintage created a relaxed picking environment and enabled an ideal balance of sugar ripeness, natural acidity and texture in the resulting wines.
Inspired by the daring character of the legendary outlaw who roamed the Sierra foothills of California during the Gold Rush days in search of riches. This wine boasts immense structure worthy of Jack’s name.
This smooth, intense Cabernet Sauvignon blend comes from Lodi, California—including vineyards on Lodi’s East Side Ridge, which marks the beginning of the foothills of the Sierra Mountains.

In the late 1990s, the Bolfo family decided to breathe new life into the ruins of an old convent located in the charming countryside of Pievasciata, a picturesque village in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga (Siena). And it was from the vineyards of this monastery, lovingly and carefully transformed into the prestigious 5-star Hotel Le Fontanelle, that the story of Vallepicciola began.
A harmonious blend of three varietals: Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, Pievasciata is a full-bodied and intense, yet simple to drink.
