Stonehaven Winery and vineyards are embedded in the heart of the Limestone Coast. The region produces a wide range of premium fruit from rich soils, which benefits from readily abundant water and cool evening temperatures even when daytime temperatures soar. Stonehaven Wines use these to make complex, balanced wines that retain the flavours and characters.

Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay provide the bulk of the region’s harvest, with plantings of Merlot, Pinot Gris and Riesling also gaining in popularity and quality.

APPEARANCE
Light pale straw with hints of green.

NOSE
Fruity and creamy, with vibrant apple and passionfruit flavours entwined with a touch of vanilla spice.

PALATE
The palate has fleshy white peach with flecks of lemon rind and apple skin with a salivating finish and sherbet acidity.

AGEING
Unoaked white wine.

PAIRING
Best enjoyed alongside a coconut or cashewbased curry or with creamy chicken and pork pasta dishes, but it’s also delicious with richer seafood dishes, fish like snapper and barramundi, and all kinds of noodle or tofu preparations.
