APPEARANCE
Straw yellow color.

NOSE
On the nose, it presents as slightly aromatic, intense, and elegant wine with floral and fruity notes of golden apple.

PALATE
Fresh, harmonious, and persistent with notes of white fruit on the palate. The perlage is fine and delicate.

AGEING
Vinification in stainless steel, followed by refermentation in an autoclave using the Charmat method.

PAIRING
Ideal as an aperitif and with light dishes based on vegetables, raw fish or shellfish.
