APPEARANCE
Straw yellow with golden reflections.

NOSE
Elegant notes of citrus and tropical fruit blend magnificently together in this bold, yet soft and round Chardonnay.

PALATE
Ripe and round palate with notes of peach and melon and plenty of freshness.
The short oak aging adds complexity and a creamy richness to the wine, and a long and persistent finish.

AGEING
Fermented and aged for 5 to 6 months in American oak.

PAIRING
Perfect with salmon and avocado salad, pasta in creamy sauce and white meats.
