TECHNICAL DATA

APPEARANCE
Intense ruby with light garnet reflections.

NOSE
On the nose it offers a taste of berries and well-ripe red berries, and with a spicy aftertaste.

PALATE
In the mouth it is balanced, complex with the tannic structure well blended with the
alcoholic component. With a substantial body and an excellent balance between alcoholic strength, freshness and tannin.

AGEING
Aged 9 to12 months in fine French and American barriques.

PAIRING
Ideal with succulent first courses in red sauce, roasted meats and semi-mature cheeses.
