APPEARANCE
The color is delicate, almost porcelain pink.

NOSE
On the nose you encounter freshly squeezed citrus, juicy red berries in the direction of strawberries and raspberries and a touch of white flowers and herbs from the coast.

PALATE
On the palate, the wine is crisp and lively with fine, salty minerality and a cool, mouthwatering acidity that gives elegance to the delicate fruit. Dry in style, but the juicy berry fruit makes it very drinkable. The finish is clean and persistent with a bright, almost chalky note that calls for another sip.

PAIRING
Perfect with seafood, sushi, salads with herbs and citrus, grilled vegetables and light Mediterranean dishes.
