AGEING
Early harvest with low field temperature, short cold maceration of 24 hours and subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts.
PAIRING
It pairs best with casual, fresh, and slightly savory dishes rather than heavy steaks, such as tacos, Neapolitan pizza, or gourmet burgers. Serving the wine slightly chilled will make these pairings taste even better.
