APPEARANCE
A beautiful ruby colour in the glass.

NOSE
It begins with a deep fruity nose, wafting with hints of blackberry, blackcurrant, and plum, alongside tobacco, coffee, and oak.

PALATE
This Rară Neagră is dry and delicate in the mouth, wrapping the tongue in finely grained tannins, which leads to rich notes of black fruit, leather, oak and black pepper.

AGEING
After a manual harvesting at night, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine ages first in stainless steel and then in the bottle for 6 months.

PAIRING
It is ideal for pairing with roasted lamb, mushroom risotto, or a selection of cheese.
