Canoso Oltre Bianco Veronese IGT

In the south-eastern part of the Soave Classic Area stands the Canoso winery, inside the “Cà del Vento cru”, the smallest unit in Soave, and of exclusive property of Canoso. The Canoso family has always believed in the quality of the wine produced on the historic hills of Monteforte d’Alpone.

The Veronese Bianco IGT “Oltre” by Canoso, brilliant and consistent in the glass, is a wine with a very pleasant fragrance, with complex aromas and an olfactory spectrum of excellent quality. Born from vines over 35 years old, grown on basaltic soil, it is excellent if drunk immediately and, at the same time, if left to rest for a couple of years, it can express wonderful nuances.

TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 13%

APPEARANCE
Brilliant and consistent, intense yellow gold.

NOSE
Great intensity and fragrance, with complex scents of banana, mango and cedar.
Base notes of sea pine and sweet resin complete the excellent quality olfactory spectrum.

PALATE
Enveloping and warm, with a good harmony between soft and fresh notes.
Full, good persistent and pleasantly dry aftertaste.

AGEING
Aged in stainless still tanks for a minimum of 12 months on lees and minimum of 4 months in the bottle.

PAIRING
Superb with pasta dishes such as risotto and white meat courses.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
To enjoy immediately. However if left aging for some time, beautiful notes of saffron and licorice will emerge.
