Supple attack with a dominant of red fruits.
The final is long with spices.
AGEING
The wine is mainly aged in vats with a part of oak casks from 12 to 18 months.
PAIRING
Fish in tapenade sauce, small game, lamb, cooked pork meats, goat’s or soft cheeses.
