TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 12%

APPEARANCE
Brilliant purple color.

NOSE
The first nose reveals notes of blackberries, blackcurrant and violets.
To the fruity notes of the bouquet are added notes of barrel aging and balsamic nuances.

PALATE
Soft attack, with a dominance of red fruits, austere, but round and supple.
The finish is long, marked by spices and by mineral notes from the soils dominated by granite.

AGEING
The wine is mainly aged in vats with a part of oak casks from 12 to 18 months.

PAIRING
Perfect with charcuterie, rack of lamb with herbs and sheep’s cheeses.
