NOSE
Dominated by fresh red berries (cherry and raspberry), deep floral tones, and sweet baking spices.

This early ripening allows this Volnay to open up quite early, with a fresh attack and a warm finish. You think you’re biting into the fruit and breathing in its flesh.

AGEING
12/14 months in French oak barrel (228 l fine-grain medium toast) and 2/3 months in stainless steel tank before bottling.

PAIRING
This wine partners perfectly with lean, finegrained meats and poultry that won’t overwhelm its delicate texture.
