The 2018 La Sirene de Giscours features red and black currant compote on the nose with earth and herbs plus a touch of meats.

PALATE
The palate is full-bodied, firm and crunchy with lively herbal sparks among the dense black fruits, finishing dense and soft, a real wine of pleasure.

AGEING
12 months in 30% new French oak barrels.

PAIRING
In the kitchen, the Sirène can be enjoyed with red meat, poultry or game.
