Description

TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 14%

APPEARANCE
Intense ruby-red color.

NOSE
A complex bouquet of dark fruits, such as blackberries, blueberries, and forest fruits, accented by lavender, white pepper, sage and rosemary.

PALATE
Full-bodied and structured with round, dusty tannins and vibrant acidity. It shows flavors of black cherry, anise, and a hint of black olive.

AGEING
It was aged for 16 to 20 months in French oak foudres and barrels.

PAIRING
Ideal with lamb, red meats, pastas, game, ripe cheeses and pata negra ham.
