Schild Estate Moorooroo Shiraz

Schild Estate Wines are created with an authenticity and passion that comes from generations of a family who have made their home in the Southern Barossa.
This irreplaceable Moorooroo vineyard was planted in 1847 by Willam and John Jacob, just eleven years after the foundation of South Australia putting them amongst the oldest in the world.
Situated between Jacob’s Creek and the North Para River the vineyard gets it’s name from the Indigenous word ‘Moorooroo’ meaning ‘meeting of two waters’.

Dark ruby, purple in colour.

NOSE
Aromatically the wine is marked by intense aromas of creamy, dark berry fruit, fresh vanilla bean and chocolate with a fleeting glimpse of the exotic dried spice jar.
