Esteban Martin Chardonnay-Macabeo

The enterprising Esteban Martín family has always had a very close relationship with the countryside and farming. The family business began in 1964 with the creation of the Granja Virgen del Rosario farm. In addition to the farm, the winery and a transport company also form part of Grupo Esteban Martín, the group fully owned by the Esteban Martín family.

In 1985, Miguel Antonio Esteban decided to buy 150 hectares of vineyards in the best lands of the DOP Cariñena, located at the foot of the Iberian Mountains, in the heart of the Ebro Valley. Year after year he was acquiring new parcels and already in 2003 he decided to build his own winery.

Muriel Wines was created as a family business with strong links to its place of origin. Today, it has become a large global company with an important part of its business dedicated to exports. But it remains very connected to its roots: one foot in the vineyard and the other in the rest of the world.

Folklore is a project with the aim of producing wines from different parts of Spain, making use of the typical grape variety of each Designation of Origin.

M. Chapoutier Bila-Haut Côtes-du-Roussillon AOP Blanc

It was in Latour de France that M.Chapoutier chose to set up his domain. The vines of Bila-Haut and Occultum Lapidem were the first expressions of this terroir. The story continued near a little village called Lesquerde. Steep, craggy limestone, arid soil, battered by the tramontane wind…

In this Côtes-du-Roussillon white blend part of the grapes comes from limestone, clay soils and gneiss in the Agly Valley; the other part from granite soils at higher altitude (500m, later ripening sites).

TRESOR ANNIVERSARY 2017 is unique and commemorates the first harvest in 1993 and is an homage to all the Cavas that are treasured, year after year, in the Chapel, the library located in the deepest part of Pere Ventura underground cellars.
This Cava Gran Reserva stands out, most especially, for its elegance, complexity and excellent carbonic integration. The result of the perfect crux of creativity, tradition and modernity, with a profound respect for the unique character of the Pere Ventura terroir.
