Straw yellow color with greenish reflections.

NOSE
On the nose the aromas are intense with pleasant, delicate notes of white fruit and lively fresh flavors.

PALATE
The taste is immediately appreciated for its good acidity and minerality.
In particular, citrus notes reminiscent of pear are evident as well as a sensation of exotic fruit.
Finish of great persistence and pleasantness.

AGEING
3 months in stainless steel.

PAIRING
Perfect accompaniment to fish during hot summer days, in particular appetizers with raw fish, grilled fish and seafood dishes.
