Dry fruit flavors (prune and apricot) with balsamic notes (cedar wood, vanillas).
Full bodied wine showing excellent persistence of flavors thanks to well polished tannins.
Gorgeous lengthy finish with balsamic and mineral flavours.
AGEING
Aged for 12 months in 70% American oak and 30% French oak followed by another 12 months in bottle.
PAIRING
Ideal with red meat, rice and pasta dishes or Mediterranean food.
