APPEARANCE
Red with ruby hues.
NOSE
Ripe red fruit with subtle notes of licorice and a hint of spices.
PALATE
On the palate is round and well-balanced, with a harmonious combination of acidity and sweetness, complemented by the tannin structure from barrel aging.
AGEING
12 months in American oak barrels, after a period of “appassimento” using partially dried grapes.
PAIRING
The rich, slightly sweet undertone of this red wine makes it an excellent pairing for robust meat dishes, grilled steaks, poultry and game.
