No returns after 30 days from purchase.
All refunds require photo ID. If you do not have a receipt, you may only exchange for other merchandise or an gift card.
To determine per bottle price for refund value, we will calculate case resale divided by the number of bottles in a case or use a recent sale price in the market (Vinum Lector or another retailer…which ever is lower).
Original purchase by debit card:
If the return is less than THB xxxx, Vinum Lector will refund the purchase price in the form of cash or an ABC gift card. If the return is more than THB xxx, the refund will be made from Vinum Lector Corporate Office by check.
Original purchase by credit card:
If the purchase was made with a credit card, the refund would be to the same credit card
used for the original purchase.
