The nose is intense, expressive, very well defined red fruit, very delicate violets, soft toasted notes and some Asian spicy nuances, provided by its aging in oak.
On the palate it has a good attack, with sweet tannins, quite polished, very good acidity, long and structured. Balanced and very well defined.
12 months in French oak barrels (70% new, 30% used);6 months in bottle before release.
Perfectally with fatty fish, stews, roasted lamb, game meats and cured cheeses.
