Rocca delle Macìe Moonlite Chardonnay Toscana IGT

Rocca delle Macìe was established in 1973, when Italo Zingarelli, a film-maker, producer and director, decided to realize his lifelong dream by acquiring the “Le Macìe” estate, in order to create a winery in the heart of the Chianti Classico zone and to produce wines that, thanks to their balance between the tannic structure, fruit and pleasantness, can be appreciated by young people and wines that are able to give over the years a great evolution.

The grapes come mainly from the vineyards of Tenuta Campomaccione owned by Rocca delle Macìe and partly from selected farms on the Tuscan coast. The Moonlite is a modern, fresh, pleasant and versatile white dedicated to lovers of good drinking and ideal for every occasion.

Straw yellow.

NOSE
Intense aromas of broom flowers with notes of apple and exotic fruit.

PALATE
Fresh and intense, fruity and with mineral notes that combine with a pleasant citrus taste.

AGEING
Refinement in steel and concrete for a few months, before bottling.

PAIRING
Versatile wine, suitable for any occasion, it goes perfectly with fish-based dishes, appetizers, fresh cheeses and white meats. Excellent as an aperitif or to spend an evening with friends.
