Tombolini Castelfiora Castelli di Jesi Verdicchio Riserva Classico DOCG

A century of passion, the story of a choice: the same choice that four generations of young Tombolini have renewed at the heart of the territory of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, in Staffolo and the Marche region of Italy.

Castelfiora is the first Riserva from the Castelli di Jesi region, representing the pinnacle of the appellation, to be sold in the historic Verdicchio amphora bottle. This choice was made by the family to align the progress made by the Istituto Marchigiano Vini to improve the quality of wine with its long tradition. It contains Verdicchio grapes from the company’s finest plots—including 50-year-old vines—pressed whole, fermented in stainless steel, and aged in French oak barrels and ceramic wineskins.

An extraordinary wine, in which the unique characteristics of Verdicchio, particularly its unparalleled longevity among Italy’s native whites, are combined with an intact freshness even after decades of bottle aging.
