Ruby red colour with a nice and inviting rosé froth.
Gently sweet and fruity nose.
With a pleasant and youthful acidity, the taste is clean and smooth.
Traditional pressing of the grapes followed by maceration at low temperature for 36 hours, in order to obtain this semi-sweet red sparkling wine.
Ideal with pizza, pasta and soft cheese or just on its own.
To be served chilled (8°-10°C).
