APPEARANCE
It has pale straw yellow color with greenish highlights, enlivened by fine and persistent perlage.

NOSE
On the nose, it expresses all the aromatics of Moscato with intense and sweet floral notes and notes of pastry.

PALATE
Soft and light giving freshness and balance to the palate.

AGEING
Resting on the yeasts in an autoclave for approximately 1 month.

PAIRING
Perfect with desserts, especially traditional Christmas and Easter pastries. Ideal with dry pastries. Fascinating with fresh fruit and fruit salad.
