APPEARANCE
Pale straw yellow accented by subtle golden highlights.

NOSE
A dense, intense bouquet dominated by tropical fruit (pineapple), lemon zest, fresh green grass, peach, and crushed minerals.

PALATE
Medium-to-full body with a remarkably soft, almost buttery texture. It evolves in the mouth with an elegant, balanced acidity and a persistent, clean mineral finish.

AGEING
3 months in stainless steel.

PAIRING
Thanks to its generous body and mineral baseline, it stands up well to both light and medium-intensity dishes, such as seafood and raw fish, or savory starters or poultry.
