Jin Yu is made from Chardonnay. The approach is guided by precision: healthy, carefully selected fruit and attentive work in the cellar to retain the natural freshness that Ningxia’s wide day-night temperature differences give to the grapes. The aim is a balanced, expressive white wine that reflects both its terroir and the savoir-faire behind it.

APPEARANCE
Bright yellow with golden shiny highlights.

NOSE
Fresh and expressive, with tropical fruit, melon, pineapple and a clear, fruit-driven Chardonnay character.

PALATE
Clean and balanced, with a supple, rounded texture and good concentration of fruit, where the time in French oak enriches the wine with hints of hazelnut and sesame. A lively freshness gives the wine tension and elegance. The finish is precise, refreshing and lingering.

AGEING
Aged in barrels for 6 months.

PAIRING
It pairs naturally with light appetizers, seafood, grilled fish, poultry, scallops, refined Asian cuisine and assorted cheeses.
