The Cielo Cuvée Blanc de Blancs Spumante Extra Dry (also known as simply the Cuvée Privée) is a light, lively Italian sparkling wine produced by Cielo e Terra in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. Made primarily from local Garganega grapes, this “Blanc de Blancs” is crafted using the Charmat method to lock in its crisp, fresh fruit character.

On the palate, the texture is wonderfully fragrant and crisp. Thanks to its lively fruit acidity, this Cuvée Blanc de Blancs is impressively fresh and lively on the palate.

PAIRING
Cuvée can easily be the queen of the party. Try it to create a Spritz Blue or pair it with fried artichokes and fried anchovies, a Nizzarda salad, falafel, chips with ham, polenta crostini with mushrooms, roasted vegetable couscous, vegetable tempura or a trout carpaccio with lemon zest.
