Torre Mora is a small estate dedicated to organic and sustainable viticulture, the use of traditional methods, the authenticity of native grape varieties, and the culture of the territory. The estate’s two vineyards are located in Contrada Dafara Galluzzo in Rovittello and Contrada Alboretto Chiuse del Signore, within the Municipality of Linguaglossa.

Torre Mora’s philosophy embraces the principle of “one grape variety – one territory”: a perfect combination that serves as a source of inspiration for crafting wines that, with every sip, tell the story of grapes grown on the slopes of an active volcano.

Torre Mora 'Cauru' Etna Bianco is made from 100% Carricante, grown on the fertile, volcanic slopes of Mount Etna at elevations of 650–700 meters and is widely known for its distinct minerality, crisp acidity, and maritime charm.

A century of passion, the story of a choice: the same choice that four generations of young Tombolini have renewed at the heart of the territory of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, in Staffolo and the Marche region of Italy.

Castelfiora is the first Riserva from the Castelli di Jesi region, representing the pinnacle of the appellation, to be sold in the historic Verdicchio amphora bottle. This choice was made by the family to align the progress made by the Istituto Marchigiano Vini to improve the quality of wine with its long tradition. It contains Verdicchio grapes from the company's finest plots—including 50-year-old vines—pressed whole, fermented in stainless steel, and aged in French oak barrels and ceramic wineskins.

An extraordinary wine, in which the unique characteristics of Verdicchio, particularly its unparalleled longevity among Italy's native whites, are combined with an intact freshness even after decades of bottle aging.

A century of passion, the story of a choice: the same choice that four generations of young Tombolini have renewed at the heart of the territory of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, in Staffolo and the Marche region of Italy.

Doroverde is the result of a quest for balance between the vibrant character of Verdicchio and its elegance, its traditional crispness and drinkability with a distinctive finesse. The objective is pursued by perfecting every step, from the selection of the grapes – all from the Tombolini estate and handpicked - to the cellar, where the wine is refined and matured in stainless steel and concrete.
