Concentrated and textural with stonefruit, zesty citrus, blackcurrant leaf, supported by subtle French oak. Bright, pure and long finish with refined minerality. A vibrant yet layered Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc with lifted aromatics and understated oak complexity.

AGEING
30% percent of the blend undergoes a ‘wild’ ferment in 500 litre French oak puncheons, with the remaining 70% fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel.

PAIRING
Its textured, creamy mouthfeel makes it highly food-friendly. It pairs excellently with versatile seafood dishes, creamy soft cheeses, or poultry.

NOSE
Flavours of black cherry, ripe doris plum and blackberry, alongside aromas of game, forest floor and tobacco.

PALATE
Full of bright, juicy red fruits, a plush but savoury palate and complex tertiary aromas from its time in oak. This is a wine with an equal measure of balance, complexity and flavour, with great palate weight and deep generosity from its rich clay soils.

AGEING
Aged in French oak barrels (25% new) for 24 months and then further aged in tank before its release in May 2025.

PAIRING
Match it with light dishes as grilled salmon, or more rich red meats, as lamb rack.

Typically harvested and fermented with the Sauvignon Blanc, the textbook 2024 vintage gave the perfect opportunity to separately harvest and ferment this as a standalone wine worth of its own label and bottling, loaded withkey lime, white peach red apple flavours and a taut, fine line of acidity.

PALATE
Ripe citrus, medium bodied clay-richness and a long, dry, steely mineral finish, this Riesling has it all.

AGEING
Aged on lees for 1 year.
