APPEARANCE
Golden and brilliant yellow.

NOSE
Hints of flower blossom, lily and exciting empyreumatic notes.

PALATE
Frank attack, well-balanced and fresh with candied citrus aromas in the aftertaste.

AGEING
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, mostly in big wooden barrels and partly in wooden casks.
Aged on lees for 10 months.

PAIRING
Recommended with scallop carpaccio with lime, espelette pepper, cucumber & avocado sorbet.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
Drink now and within 2028.

APPEARANCE
Intense purple.

NOSE
Complex and fine nose of blackcurrant and plum, followed by roasted coffee, cherry and morello cherry.

PALATE
Spicy (mainly of liquorice) and fruity scents evolves in the mouth through a long finish.

AGEING
Ageing takes place in concrete tanks for 15 months to ensure good oxygenation of the wine, which preserves its freshness and aromas.

PAIRING
Beef stew, entrecôte and rabbit with olives for the meats and any kind of cheese.

READINESS FOR DRINKING
Drink now or for the next 10 to 15 years.
