Dark cherry, plum and red currant fruit sits alongside more savoury spice notes and an intense red cherry compote.</p>
<p><strong>PALATE</strong><br />
Soft around the edges and deliciously drinkable. Old vine Grenache fruit presents itself on the front palate with a juicy red berry intensity while the Mataro and Shiraz add blueberries, ripe lush tannins and a vibrant mineral structure. Hints of white pepper and spice are evident with a soft tannin framework ensuring a supple, dynamic and long finish.</p>
<p><strong>PAIRING</strong><br />
Full and flavoursome meat dishes are a classic pair and it would work wonderfully with mushroom or pepper sauces.</p>

Deep ruby, purple in colour.</p>
<p><strong>NOSE</strong><br />
Starts with engaging aromas of blackberry, dark chocolate and allspice</p>
<p><strong>PALATE</strong><br />
The sumptuous palate is bright and vibrant with tremendous juicy ripe fruits on display. The slightly chewy and chalky tannins sit perfectly, meanwhile the mix of oak has been precisely chosen. Excellent wine.</p>
<p><strong>AGEING</strong><br />
Maturation in a combination of new and aged oak barrels for between 18-24 months.</p>
<p><strong>PAIRING</strong><br />
Perfect with roasted meats, mushroom risotto or aged cheeses.</p>

Featuring vibrant aromas of citrus, green apple, and subtle white peach with a hint of vanilla and oak.</p>
<p><strong>PALATE</strong><br />
On the palate, it is medium-bodied with bright acidity, showcasing flavours of lemon, pear, and a slight creaminess, all balanced by a gentle oak influence. The finish is crisp and refreshing, leaving a pleasant aftertaste of citrus and a touch of nuttiness.</p>

Additional lees stirring is employed to add some roundness and depth before the wine is prepared for bottling.</p>
