Black cherry, plum, blackberry, spices, balsamic notes, and subtle toasted hints.

PALATE
Full, warm, and structured, with silky tannins and a long, elegant finish.

Ageing 6 months in wood in order to add depth, balance, and silky tannins.

PAIRING
Ideal with braised meats, roasts, game, aged cheeses, and rich Piedmontese dishes. A superb meditation wine.
