APPEARANCE
The wine presents a dark garnet red color.

NOSE
Beautiful aroma of black fruit, and after a few years in the bottle the wine is enriched with a subtle touch of cigars and leather.

PALATE
On the palate it is round and full of fruit, with refined tannins and a nice length in the finish.

AGEING
The wine matures 50% in new oak barrels, 30% in barrels older than one vintage and 20% in tanks.

PAIRING
Grilled meats, soft cheeses and desserts made with dark chocolate.
