Château Beaulieu Bordeaux Supérieur AOC
This red Château AOC Bordeaux Supérieur definitely has nothing to envy to many classified growths.
It owes it to the careful work of the vines, to the expectation of a successful maturation of the bunches for harvesting, as well as to a vinification where nothing is left to chance: destemming without crushing, followed by meticulous sorting, fermentation in a thermo-regulated atmosphere with maintenance in vats for 3 to 5 weeks, with 3 to 5 days of cold maceration, and aging of the wine in barrels for 10 months.
