Deep ruby color.

NOSE
This decadent Shiraz has aromas of cherry, blackberry and seamless oak.

PALATE
The generous palate is velvety with firm tannins and flavours of ripe berries, plum and mocha. The tannins are ripe and dense giving structure and length.

WINEMAKING
Maturation in French and American oak.

PAIRING
A medium to full bodied wine that pairs wonderfully with grilled red meats, roasted duck, or simply on its own.

APPEARANCE
A glorious garnet red in appearance.

NOSE
The aromas are opulent with fruits of the forest, violet and dark chocolate at the fore.

PALATE
Dry, brooding and full bodied, over a quite generous palate of blackberry, bramble and velvety tannins.

AGEING
Maturation took place in new and seasoned French and American oak hogsheads for 18 months, of which only the best barrels formed the blend.

PAIRING
Enjoy with dry aged ribeye steak, braised lamb shank and mature hard cheese.
