APPEARANCE
Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
NOSE
The delicate floral notes that initially open to the nose evolve into aromas of exotic fruit and strong notes of white peach.
PALATE
Fresh on the palate, dry and velvety, it has a strong character which alternates between exotic and saline notes in perfect balance.
VINIFICATION
Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 24-48 hours, soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation in steel vats on the lees.
PAIRING
Perfect to accompany raw seafood dishes, sushi and sashimi, it also goes well with soups, vegetables and more herbal and complex dishes.
