A classic and very expressive Pinot Grigio, coming from the vineyards closest to the company headquarters in Termeno: the history of J. Hofstätter is ancient, four generations and more than a century of history from the first bottle of wine produced to date. It is a wine capable of telling the whole freshness of South Tyrolean wines and the grace of this variety that is so widespread. Vinified at controlled temperature and left to mature in steel only, it is always pleasant, balanced wine, characterized by a light acidic vein that makes it particularly suitable for any occasion, from aperitif onwards.
