The story of the Couture family begins in 1470, near the village of Albas.
Since then, they have perpetuated the family tradition and the know-how acquired from father to son, combined with modern winemaking techniques.
The name of the cuvée is a nod to the Tsar who treated his stomach with Cahors wine. A story with the Tsar to tell, a noble and elegant Cahors to taste.

Aged for 12 months in stainless steel vats and 4th filling barrels.
PAIRING
Traditional duck confit, cassoulet, roasted duck breast as well as simmered red meats and fine cheeses.
