APPEARANCE
Very dark color.
NOSE
Generous and authentic Cahors, it reveals aromas of ripe black fruits, leather, licorice stick as well as chocolate and roasted notes.
PALATE
On the palate, it combines concentration and complexity, with tannins polished by quality aging.
AGEING
Aged for 18 months in barrels, 1/3 of which are new.
PAIRING
Fine red meats and flavored game, Quercy lamb, terrine of foie gras.
