Dark garnet red in colour.
It begins delicate on the nose with leather notes, but quickly opens up with intense aromas of black fruits and pepper.
Fresh and dense on the palate with plenty of fruit and wonderful flashes of minerality, this wine is rich and concentrated without being overwhelming.
Maturing takes place half in vats and the other half in barrels depending on the year.
Filet mignon, slow-roasted beef, rib steak.
