Description

TECHNICAL DATA
Alcohol 13%

APPEARANCE
Pale rosé with silver reflections.

NOSE
Intense aromas of white and citrus fruits are exploding on the nose with notes of red fruits.

PALATE
On the palate it is fresh and generous, with light notes of lemon and passion fruit.
The finish is long with high acidity.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested when fully ripe by hand and fermented, after a careful selection, at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

PAIRING
Excellent with Mediterranean salads, fishes in light sauces and delicate dessertes.
