The district of Aumarets is nestled at the foot of the hill of Grimaud in the extension of the Gulf of Saint-Tropes, well protected form the Massif des Maures.

Les Aumarets en Provence Rosé comes from a selection of the best plots of Grenache and Syrah pushed to their optimum maturity. A very gastronomic wine.

TECHNICAL DATA

APPEARANCE
Pale pink color with cherry reflections.

NOSE
The nose presents aromas of ripe red fruits, blueberries, blackberries, raspberry and a little of blackcurrant, tangy and jammy.

PALATE
The mouth offers great amplitude, filling the mouth with a nice balance.
The sip is colorful and full of aromas with expressions of citrus, all in a complex blend of spices and herbs.

PAIRING
This wine will sublimate shellfish, grilled red meats and desserts. Ideal with lobster, lamb and stuffed vegetables from Provence.
