Lively straw yellow.
The nose is expressed on pretty notes of acacia flower, sweet almond and citrus.
Very dry, with high acidity and very good persistence.
Its liveliness, its fruity crunch and length in the mouth give it a unique style, reinforced by the natural bitterness of Chenin with a slight scent of salt.
Aging in stainless steel vats for several months then assembly of the different vats for bottling during the spring.
To be enjoyed as aperitif with friends; it will also go perfectly with scallops on leeks, grilled fish, sweetbreads with cream and many cheeses (goat cheese in particular).
