Deep ruby colour.
This medium-bodied red wine has a nose of dark fruits with mocha, white tobacco and floral overtones.
On the palate it is sweet and fresh with elegant plum and liquorice flavours.
It has a silky mid-palate with creamy tannins and a pleasant fresh end note.
The wine ages for 16 months in 40% new French oak barrels and 60% one year old.
Château L’Enclos is best paired with all types of classic meat dishes, but also good with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, mushrooms, and pasta.
