A nose of exuberant purity, fine density and intense elegance, driven by its signature aromas of very ripe Williams pear.
A palate of radiant harmony – complex, delicate and wonderfully rounded, as juicy as could be. An impressive finish with long, lingering length on the palate.

DISTILLATION
Natural fermentation of Williams pears.
22 to 25 kg of fruit per litre of alcohol.
Matured for 1 year in stainless-steel tanks.

PAIRING
An exceptional digestif to round off your evenings in style, this eau-de-vie is best served chilled (8 to 10°C) and is sumptuous when paired with a pear sorbet, a delight not to be missed.
