La Maison Cattier is located in Chigny-les-Roses, an exceptional terroir classified as Premier Cru in the heart of Champagne, between Reims and Epernay. The Cattier family has owned vineyards since 1763, but it wasn't until 1918 that Champagne Cattier was launched.
Since then, the Cattier House, still independent and family-owned, perpetuates its age-old know-how in the greatest respect of the environment to elaborate its champagnes with a generous and fruity style.

Made from a pinot-heavy blend from nine different villages (mostly Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne), the Cuvée Brut Premier Cru is the purest reflection of Cattier’s winemaking style. Made primarily from Pinot Meunier, it is characterised by its elegance, generosity and intense fruit-forward personality.

Kalfu means "Blue" in Mapudungun, the language of the aboriginal Mapuche people of the region. It represents the color that provides a myriad of sensations: blue, like the Pacific Ocean's intense blue; and blue, like the free sky, acting as an accomplice of and witness to the mysterious origins of life.

Molu means West or “where the sun sets”. History tells us that the mapuche saw the stars in the sky over the Pacific Ocean and as the earth was rotating, they would hide in the sea and become starfish. At that time no one knew that the earth was round and turning; back then they believed the stars were falling into the deep darkness of the ocean.

This Nuits-Saint-Georges from Domaine Patrick Pestre is a typical red wine from the Côte de Nuits, a region renowned for producing exceptional Burgundy wines. The continental climate of the Côte de Nuits, with its hot summers and cold winters, combined with centuries-old expertise, gives this wine a unique complexity and depth.

The 2023 vintage was marked by varied climate conditions, with periods of intense heat followed by beneficial rainfall. Pommard with its smiling vineyard lies between Beaune and Volnay. The name Pommard dates back to ancient times. It is coming from Pomona, the goddess of flowers, gardens and vineyards worshipped by the first inhabitants. The soil is clay and limestone with good drainage.
