Torre Mora is a small estate dedicated to organic and sustainable viticulture, the use of traditional methods, the authenticity of native grape varieties, and the culture of the territory. Alcohol 13.5%

APPEARANCE
Exquisite purple nuances, with ruby hues.

NOSE
The intense aromas of mandarin and red fruits interwoven with hints of blackcurrant, paint a complex and expressive wine.

PALATE
The palate displays exuberant tones of moss and juniper. The velvety tannins caress the palate, leaving a roaring finish, like the volcanic spirit of Etna.

AGEING
The wine rests for 24 months in oak barrels and another 4 in the bottle.

PAIRING
A perfect wine for traditional Italian dishes: pasta alla norma, tortelli with meat sauce, and lasagna. It’s intriguing with tuna steak.
