Intense ruby with bright purple highlights.

NOSE
The aroma is full and harmonious, with pleasant and delicate notes of red fruits, vanilla, and spices.

PALATE
On the palate, it is balanced and elegant, with a pleasant vinous finish.

AGEING
12 months in big Slavonian oak barrels and French barriques, depending on vintages.

PAIRING
Excellent aperitif wine, it pairs beautifully with meat based dishes, charcuterie, barbecued meats, and light pasta dishes. Perfect as a by the glass wine.
