The Dezzani Winery was founded in 1934 in Cocconato, in the province of Asti. The town is located 491 meters above sea level on the renowned Riviera del Monferrato. The history of our wines is closely linked to this territory, to its ideal microclimate for growing unique vineyards, and to its authentic tradition. The historical remains of Romanesque, Gothic, and medieval architecture frame the rows of Barbera, Albarossa, Cabernet, and Syrah, making the landscape even more captivating. The Piemonte DOC Bianco 4 Bucce is a unique wine crafted from a blend of four grape varieties: Cortese, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, and Timorasso, combining native Piedmontese varieties with international ones. The grapes, harvested at different times in September, are vinified at a controlled temperature. APPEARANCE
Pale straw yellow, slightly darker than normal Gavi.

NOSE
Flower and fruity aromas with a particular hints of pineapple, peach and tropical fruits.

PALATE
Full and rich taste with aromatic notes, balanced yet with a distinctive acidity and its own character which requires more attention and time to open a bit.

AGEING
With the intent of showcasing Cortese in its purest form, Picollo Gavi’s are fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel.

PAIRING
Ideal with for fish dishes and aperitif, it is perfect with haute cuisine.

APPEARANCE
Pale straw yellow, typical of the varietal.

NOSE
Fragrant notes of white fruits and flowers, of medium intensity on the nose, showing white fruits, flowers, apple, quite pleasant.

PALATE
Good attack on the palate, mineral and fresh, with nice fruity concentration and medium body. Tasty, textured with a clean finish.

AGEING
With the intent of showcasing Cortese in its purest form, Picollo Gavi’s are fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel.

PAIRING
Ideal with fish appetizers, seafood first courses and white meats.

This wine is produced from the estate's youngest vineyards and, characterized by its particular acidity, freshness and drinkability. Its name is reminiscent of a bond between this ancient land and the Doges of the Genovese Republic. AGEING
100% in steel tanks.

PAIRING
