APPEARANCE
Bright onion skin pink with a fine and persistent perlage.

NOSE
The nose is fresh with floral notes and hints of small red fruits and bread crust.

PALATE
The palate is very harmonious and very well-balanced.

AGEING
Aged on the lees in an autoclave for approximately 3 months.

PAIRING
A quintessential aperitif, excellent also throughout the meal, it pairs well with fish and vegetable appetizers. A must try it with Neapolitan pizza.

APPEARANCE
This wine is a vivid ruby-red colour.

NOSE
The aroma is intense and complex, slightly ethereal, fruity, flowery and spicy with the scent of blackberries marasca (wild cherry) violet, tobacco, cinnamon and vanilla.

PALATE
The taste is dry, warm, soft with a good concentration of tannins, acidity and sapidity, with a full body, well balanced and intense long lasting persistence.

AGEING
Ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months combined with aging in the bottle for 24 months.

PAIRING
It requires important dishes, with meat and vegetables as protagonists. Excellent with red meat.
